ORDERING AND PAYMENT POLICY: 

 

Welcome to Lambie's Cake and Cream! We are an online mobile bakery serving the metro Atlanta area. Due to the nature of our business, all cakes are made fresh. You can pick up your order from a designated location or arrange for delivery. If paying online, please leave your contact information in the "note section" during checkout, so that customer service can contact you about order pick up or delivery. Delivery within the state of Georgia is available for a fee. Lambie's Cake and Cream is ServSafe and Cottage Food Certified. Unfortunately orders cannot be shipped outside of state lines due to state Cottage Food laws.

 

Orders must be made at least 96 hours ( 4 days) in advance. For rush orders a fee will be incurred.  Unless otherwise specified, orders can be made online or by phone. Full payment is due at the time of order for small orders and a nonrefundable 50% deposit for large orders. We accept credit and debit payments. All credit and debit payments are processed thru Square and PayPal on our website. To pay by Cash App via the website, please select "CASH PAYMENT".  Customers can also contact us via phone to make a Cash App payment. Lambie’s Cake and Cream is required to collect a 8.0% state and municipal sales tax on all orders. This sales tax will be included on your invoice or receipt. 

 

PICK UP/DELIVERY POLICY:

 

Pick up will be at the agreed upon day, time, and location at the time of order. Please place a date in the "note" section during checkout  Should something arise that prevents you from picking up at the agreed upon time, please let Lambie’s Cake and Cream know so other arrangements can be made.  Orders that have not been picked up within 48 hours of designated time, will be resold or discarded without a refund.

 

Lambie’s Cake and Cream is offering delivery services on all orders. Delivery fees are as follows: $10 flat rate fee within 25 miles. Above 25 miles flat rate plus .50 per mile. Anything over 50 miles please contact us.

 

****Delivery outside of the Metro Atlanta area are for large orders only. Large orders are a minimum of $150.00.

 

DAMAGE AFTER PICK UP:

If you choose to pick up your order, packaging and directions on how to properly transport and handle your products will be provided. Once the exchange has been made by the customer and Lambie’s Cake and Cream has been made, you are accepting the product as is. We encourage you to check the product before you leave the designated pick up location. Lambie’s Cake and Cream is not responsible for any damage that may occur after you leave the premises.  

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note that once an order is placed and payment is made, preparation begins on the flavor, ingredients, and supplies for your order. 

 

Orders must be canceled at least 36 hours in advance. If order is canceled after, a 50% cancellation/restocking fee will be deducted.

Should an emergency occur on the part of Lambie’s Cake and Cream in which your order cannot be completed you will be refunded in full any payment or retainer made. Lambie’s Cake and Cream will notify you as soon as possible should this occur. 

 

ALLERGY WARNING:

While Lambie’s Cake and Cream follows all applicable guidelines for avoiding cross-contamination in the kitchen, Lambie’s Cake and Cream cannot ensure that your order will not come into contact with common kitchen allergens which may include but are not limited to: eggs, nuts, soy, peanuts, milk, wheat, fish, and/or shellfish. Please notify Lambie’s Cake and Cream of all allergies before submitting payment for your order so that we may discuss whether or not your allergy needs can be accommodated. You are responsible for notifying all consumers of your order (i.e. persons you are serving) the potential for all products to contain common allergens. Lambie’s Cake and Cream is not liable for any allergic reactions that may occur.
